1 weekend call per month

2 weeknight calls per month

Option: May work 1 Sat + 1 Sun regular shift every 3 months to replace a call shift

Practice Setting: Hospital (Operating Room)

Supervision Model: Supervised anesthesia (max 4:1 ratio)

Alternate site available for independent model, must include OB

ORs: 17 Main ORs, 7 DSC, plus specials, cath labs, endo, and radiology

Case Types:

General, ortho, spine, crani, plastics, lungs, healthy peds, GI, GYN, urology, ophthalmology, structural hearts, EP, endo, interventional radiology, MRI

Excluded: Burns, open heart, sick peds, OB, and transplants

Skills: Must perform spinal blocks; occasional arterial lines (optional); no epidurals or central lines

Patient Population: 90%+ adults and adolescents (age 12+)

EMR: Epic

Scrubs: Provided in department
Requirements

Certification: NBCRNA (Board Certified)

License: Idaho (open to licensing; IMLC accepted)

DEA: Required

CSR: Required (Idaho)

Experience: Minimum 1 year (6 months considered)

Credentialing Timeframe:

30–45 days (if licensed)
