- June 1–5, 8–12, 15–19, 22–26
- Ongoing weekly needs
- Practice Model: All CRNA practice (no supervision)
- Case Types: General, Ortho, Urology, Ophthalmology, Vascular, Dental, ENT, Podiatry (No OB)
- Skills Required: Must be proficient in spinals, blocks, epidurals (case logs required)
- EMR: EPIC
