Become part of a collaborative, physician-led team delivering high-quality anaesthesia care to a 15-county referral network (serving 260,000+ residents). This is a full-time, hospital-employed position offering excellent clinical variety and autonomy.
🔹 342-bed regional referral & teaching hospital
🔹 Diverse caseload – all cases except transplants
🔹 CRNAs perform general, regional & MAC anaesthesia
🔹 Full physician support before, during & after each case
🔹 Local anaesthesiology group collaboration
🔹 Opportunity to teach sRNAs
🔹 Flexible scheduling with at-home call & post-call day off

💰 Compensation & Benefits:
- 💵 Total Compensation Package up to $335,000
- 🎁 $40K Sign-On Bonus
