💼 Position Overview:
Join a high-performing anaesthesia team at a state-of-the-art ambulatory surgical centre in Metro Detroit. This full-time employed CRNA position is ideal for experienced professionals seeking stability, flexibility, and a collaborative care environment.
🔹 Outpatient-only setting – no weekends, no call!
🔹 Mix of 8, 10, and 12-hour shifts (longer shifts available)
🔹 100% hands-on practice (IV, inhalation, regional anaesthesia)
🔹 Patients span all age groups and ASA classifications
🔹 Collaborative team environment with MDs and surgical staff
🔹 EPIC EMR system
🔹 Travel to nearby ambulatory sites may be occasionally required
💰 Compensation & Benefits:
- 💵 Base Salary: $238,368 ($114.60/hour)

✅ Requirements:
- Board Certified CRNA (AANA) – Required
- Michigan Nursing & Specialty Licenses – Must be in hand
- BLS, ACLS, PALS – Required
- Up-to-date COVID & Flu Vaccinations – Required
- DEA + CDS – Must be obtained before start
- At least 2 years of CRNA experience (not including training)
- Willing to travel locally to other ambulatory sites
- Open to J1 and H1B visa candidates
