💼 Position Highlights:
This full-time CRNA opportunity is based at a high-performing Ambulatory Surgery Centre. Ideal for experienced CRNAs seeking a balanced lifestyle, daytime hours, and a supportive team environment.
🔹 Day shifts only – No call, no weekends

💰 Compensation & Benefits:
- 💵 Base Salary: $238,368 ($114.60/hour)
- 🎁 $20,000 Starting Bonus

✅ Requirements:
- Board Certified CRNA (AANA) – Required
- Michigan RN & CRNA Licenses – Must be in-hand
- BLS, ACLS, PALS – Required or willing to obtain
- At least 2 years of CRNA experience (not including training)
- DEA + CSR/CDS – Must be obtained prior to start
- COVID & Flu vaccines must be up to date by start
- Must be open to occasional driving to other locations if needed
- Clean license and malpractice history required
- Open to J1 and H1B visa candidates
- Not accepting new grads or 1099 candidates
