💼 Position Highlights:
This is a full-time CRNA role at a busy Ambulatory Surgery Centre. Ideal for experienced CRNAs looking for a dynamic clinical environment, great work-life balance, and the chance to grow with a top-ranked health system.
🔹 Outpatient setting (ASC)
🔹 Day shifts + Minimal Call + Occasional Weekends
🔹 Cases include all ASA levels, adult & peds

🔹 Must be flexible to travel to nearby sites if needed
💰 Compensation & Benefits:
- 💵 Base Salary: $238,368 annually ($114.60/hour)

✅ Requirements:
- 🛡️ Board Certified CRNA (AANA) – Required
- ✅ Active Michigan RN & CRNA Licenses – Must be in-hand
- 💉 BLS, ACLS, PALS – Required or willing to obtain
- 💊 DEA + CSR/CDS – Must be obtained prior to start
- 💉 COVID + Flu vaccines – Up-to-date or willing to obtain by start
- 📅 At least 2 years of CRNA experience (not including RN or training)
- 🛫 Open to J1 or H1B visa candidates
- 🚗 Must be open to occasional travel to other ambulatory sites
- 📂 Clean malpractice and license history required
- ❌ Not accepting new grads, 1099, or locums candidates
