✅ Requirements:

• 🎓 Board Certified CRNA (NBCRNA)
• 📋 Iowa license (or IMLC / willing to obtain)
• 🧒 Experience with adult & paediatric patients
• ⏳ 5+ years’ CRNA experience preferred, but newer grads with strong training may be considered
• 🧪 Certifications:
  • BLS (within 3 months of hire)
  • ACLS, PALS, and NRP (within 1 year of hire)
• ⚖️ Clean malpractice
• ❌ No locums, visa candidates, or providers needing supervision
