Join a highly professional and friendly anaesthesia team at a Level II Trauma Centre in Grand Rapids. This full-time CRNA opportunity offers diverse case exposure, flexible shift structures, and a strong, mission-driven organization that values your growth and well-being.

⏰ Schedule & Call Details:

• Shift Variety: Mix of 8, 10, 12, 16, and 24-hour shifts
• Weekday Call: One 7p–7a shift every 6 weeks
• Weekend Call: Quarterly rotation (Friday–Sunday) with fair, randomized assignment
  • No weekend call surrounding your PTO weeks!

🏥 Case Mix Includes:

• General & complex:
  • Kidney transplants
  • Thoracic
  • Ortho (incl. trauma)
  • Bariatrics
  • GYN, Podiatry, OB
  • Neuro
  • Heart & vascular
  • Regional blocks
  • NORA, MRI/CT, Endoscopy
• Facility Features:
  • 16 ORs
  • 4 endoscopy suites
  • 2 OB ORs
  • 5 NORA sites

💰 Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly Rate: $112.75/hour
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $30,000 (3-year commitment)

📋 Submission Requirements:

• Board Certified NBCRNA – ✅ Required
