📆 Coverage & Schedule Details:

✅ Full-time preferred | Minimum: 2 weeks/month AND 36 hrs/week

⏱️ Shift Options: 8, 10, 12, or 16-hour shifts

🕓 Shift Times:

6:30 AM – 3:00 PM

6:30 AM – 5:00 PM

6:30 AM – 7:00 PM

6:30 AM – 8:00 PM

📞 Call:
-
12-hr beeper call on some Saturdays (optional)

Weeknight 8-hr call available

Interested in providers open to occasional overnight shifts (not required)
