✅ Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 5 years CRNA experience – required

Board Certified CRNA – Required

Certifications: BLS, ACLS

PA License: Active PA license strongly preferred (PA is not a compact state)

Child Abuse Clearance: Required for PA license
