📍 Opportunity Details
• Location: Roanoke, VA
• Start Date: December/January (credentialing ~75–100 days)
• Rate: $235–$240/hr
• Contract: 13 weeks (extensions possible)
• Schedule: 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts (16s available)
• Coverage: Full-time required | Up to 60 hours/week | No 24-hour shifts
• Setting: Level 1 Trauma, highly complex patients

• Case Types: Neuro, Ortho, Trauma, General Surgery, GYN, Endoscopy
• No Cardiac, No OB, No Pediatrics (pediatric cases covered by anesthesiologists)
• Medical Direction (loosely supervised)
• EMR: Epic

• Contract: 13 weeks (extensions possible)
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30a–3:30p
• Call: 24hr, Night Call, +Call Back

🏥 Clinical Details
• CRNA-independent practice (no MD supervision)
• Busy facility: 2 ORs + 2 procedure rooms, running 3 rooms/day
• Case mix: General surgery, GYN, ENT, plastics, podiatry, hand, peds urology, GI/endoscopy
• Full scope of CRNA practice including peripheral nerve blocks
• Call coverage: Weeknights 3:30p–11p, weekends 7a–7p
✅ Requirements
• Board-Certified CRNA
• Active Virginia license (Compact accepted; willing to license)
• DEA required
• Must be able to commit to full-time coverage

• Hourly Pay: $235–$240/hr
• Travel Stipend: +$3,000/week
• Travel Covered: Airfare, lodging, rental car provided
• Employment Type: Locum Tenens – 1099
