Join a supportive hospital-based anesthesia care team in Flint, Michigan! This opportunity offers a stable schedule, strong clinical support, and modern facilities.
Position Details:
- Practice Setting: Hospital
- Schedule: 2–3 shifts per week (12-hour shifts)
- Call Schedule: None
- Case Volume: ~35 surgical cases/day, 0 pain management cases
- Operating Rooms: 16
- Patient Population: No pediatrics
- EMR: Cerner
- Supervision: CRNA will be supervised
Job Responsibilities
Perform pre-anesthesia assessments and develop anesthesia care plans
Administer anesthesia safely under physician supervision
Manage patient monitoring during procedures and post-anesthesia recovery
Provide anesthesia for a range of surgical cases (no pediatrics)
Document all patient care accurately in Cerner EMR
Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and OR staff to ensure quality outcomes
Maintain compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and best practices
