Anesthesia Works is seeking experienced CAAs to join our dynamic and growing team at both West Henderson Hospital and Henderson Hospital.
Position: Certified Anesthesiologist Assistant
Type: W2 - full time and part time
Location: Henderson / Las Vegas, Nevada

Job Responsibilities
Deliver safe, high-quality anesthesia care across a wide range of surgical procedures
Perform pre-anesthesia assessments, including patient histories and physical evaluations
Develop and implement individualized anesthesia care plans
Administer anesthesia, monitor patients intraoperatively, and manage post-anesthesia recovery
Provide airway management, pain management, and emergency life support as needed
Maintain accurate, detailed documentation in compliance with hospital and regulatory requirements
Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, physicians, and nursing staff to optimize patient outcomes
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and support a culture of patient safety
Qualifications
Current CAA certification
Prior CAA experience preferred
Strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and communication skills
Working Hours
8–10.5 hour shifts, Monday through Friday
Flexible scheduling across multiple Nevada sites
