Location: Northwest Wyoming (Inquire for specific location)
Duration: December and ongoing until perm is hired.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7a-5p, ideally 5 10's per week.
Call: Rotating night call from 5p-7a and weekend call coverage.
Patient volume: 6-7 cases per day
Scope: Bread and butter cases including: orthopedics, General Surgery, OB, GYN, ENT , Urology and podiatry. 25% ORS, 35% GI, 40% general and OB. Must be comfortable being supervised.
Hospital: 25 bed, critical access hospital with a 6 bed ICU, 4 ORS
Group/support: 3 anesthesiologist, 3 CRNAs
Requirements (boards, license): Open to licensure, prefers licensed. Provider must be comfortable with blocks, OB and must take primary epidural call nights and weekends.
