CRNA Opening Near Detroit, MI Located in Dearborn, MI - Detroit 9m Seeking experienced CRNAs to join their team in a busy outpatient Ambulatory Surgery Center setting. * This role offers varied day shifts with no on-call or weekend requirements. Key Responsibilities: * Administer intravenous, inhalation, and regional anesthesia to patients of all ages and ASA classes during surgeries, obstetrical deliveries, and other medical procedures. * Provide airway management and intubation as needed across hospital settings including OR, Radiology, ICU, ER. * Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and perioperative teams to develop and implement anesthesia care plans. * Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with regulatory standards. * Support professional development of peers, participate in quality improvement, and contribute to a healthy work environment. Requirements: * Board Certified by the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA) – Required * Completion of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia Program * Minimum 2 years of CRNA work experience (post-training; RN or student experience does not count) * Active Michigan nursing and specialty licenses (in-hand, no exceptions) * Up-to-date BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications or willing to obtain prior to start * DEA license and CSR/CDS certification prior to start (no exemptions) * COVID-19 vaccination (or approved exemption) required prior to credentialing * Must be able to work in various hospital settings, including OR, ICU, ER, Radiology Compensation and Benefits: * Salary: $238,368 annually ($114.60/hour) * Starting bonus: $20,000 * Health, dental, vision insurance * Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), Health Savings Accounts (HSA) * Life insurance, retirement plans * Paid vacation, sick time, holidays * Tuition reimbursement, CME allowance * Short- and long-term disability options * Employee Assistance Program (EAP) * Special employee discounts * Career advancement opportunities * 2 weeks paid parental leave Additional Details: * No on-call or weekend shifts * Credentialing can take up to 90 days before start * Must maintain certification status throughout employment
