Position Details
- Setting: Inpatient & outpatient ORs (3–6 rooms active)
- Start Date: ASAP
- Duration: Ongoing, full-time coverage
- Shifts Available: Monday–Thursday, 8s or 10s
- Shift Volume: Mix of elective cases (general, neuro, OB, pediatrics)
- Shifts Per Provider: Full-time coverage preferred
- Call: 1:4 beeper call (nights + weekends, no post-call day off)
- Orientation: Standard onboarding; CRNAs expected to be cleared for neuro, OB, and peds
Clinical Scope
- Core Duties: MAC + General anesthesia, intubations, IV placement
- Case Types: Neuro, OB (including epis/spinals/C-sections), Pediatrics, General
- Equipment: Dräger anesthesia machines, Omnicell medication dispensing systems
Practice & Facility Information
- Hospital: Beaver Dam Hospital (100-bed facility, Dodge County, WI)
- Work Environment: 3–6 ORs active at a time; mix of elective inpatient and outpatient procedures
- Support Staff: Nursing team, anesthesia support staff, hospitalist team
- EMR: Epic
- Malpractice: Provided (claims-made, with tail)
- Credentialing: ~60–90 days (IMLC accepted)
- Travel & Lodging: Covered or reimbursed for locum providers
Certifications Required
- CRNA (Board Certified)
- Wisconsin license (or IMLC eligible)
- Recent experience in general, OB, and neuro anesthesia cases preferred
