- Dates: January start- 6 months at least
- Schedule: 7-3:30 (30 min lunch), Mon-Fri
- Support staff: 9 full-time CRNAs with locums as well. Staff 5-6 locations daily.
- Hospital bed size: 122
- Skills required: peds, dental, general surgery, ortho, OB, urology, podiatry, and endo
- EMR: Cerner
- Certifications: BC, WV license, DEA, BLS, ACLS
- Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days
