Job description
We’re seeking a CRNA in Arizona starting November 2025 for ongoing coverage. Schedule is Mon–Fri, 7a–3p with call every 4th night (no weekend call).
Case mix: General, Ortho, Outpatient, Light Peds, Vascular, Regional (no OB/Trauma). Must be proficient with spinals, blocks, and epidurals (caselogs required). Work alongside MDs with 4–5 providers daily across 6 ORs. EMR: Medaxion.
Job Responsibilities
Proficiency required in spinals, blocks, epidurals
Caselog documentation required (proof of epidurals, spinals, and blocks)
Supervised practice with MDs
6 ORs | 4–5 providers/day
EMR: Medaxion
Qualifications
Active & unrestricted license
PALS certification required
Credentialing: 60–90 days
Strong skills in spinals, blocks, epidurals (proof required via case logs)
