Setting: Small, brand-new facility (2 ORs)

Supervision Model: Independent practice—2 CRNAs (one per room) with supervising physician for blocks/emergencies

Patient Population: Adults

Procedures: Bread & butter cases including GI, urology, general surgery, gyn, podiatry, hands, ortho (knees & hips)

Excluded Cases: OB, blocks
