Locum Tenens CRNA – ENT & Ortho Focused | 2,500 Cases/Year

Contract Length: Ongoing
Rotation Coverage: 2 CRNAs daily, starting December 8, 2025
Credentialing Timeframe: 60–90 days (Temps available for qualified candidates)
Position Overview:
We are seeking experienced CRNAs for a locum tenens opportunity at a high-volume surgical center with a focus on ENT and orthopedic procedures, including total joints. The facility performs approximately 2,500 cases annually, also including podiatry and cosmetic surgeries.
This is a no-call, no-weekends, no-holidays assignment with a predictable weekday schedule. Ideal for CRNAs who are comfortable with ultrasound-guided regional blocks and prefer working in a focused, team-based environment.
Case Types:

Practice Model & Schedule:

Daily Model: 2 CRNAs per day

Hours: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Providers may need to clock in earlier depending on case:

30 minutes before if no block is needed

Requirements:

Board Certification: CRNA

Licensure: Active, unrestricted MI state license (temps available with clean background)
Credentialing:

Temporary Privileges: Available for providers with a clean background, malpractice history, and active license
