CRNA โ Locum Tenens (No Local Candidates)
Full-Time | 4x10s | ASC Rotation Required

A large and well-respected medical center in Lexington, South Carolina is seeking experienced CRNAs for a full-time locum assignment. This is a high-volume facility operating under a medical direction care team model. Only non-local candidates (outside a 50-mile radius) will be considered.

Contract Length: 13 weeks (with possible extensions)

Schedule:

4x10s โ Full-time only (no part-time availability)

Weekly rotation to ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs) required

ASC Locations: Lexington, Irmo, and Northeast Columbia

Expect up to 1โ2 shifts per week at an ASC

If ASC cases finish early, CRNAs may need to return to main hospital to complete shift

Large regional medical center

Three ambulatory surgery centers

Patient Population: Primarily adults and geriatrics (18+), very limited peds (not covered by locums)

Daily Volume: ~150 anesthetics/day across:

Main OR, ASCs, IR, Cath Lab, EP, OB, MRI, and more

Case Types: General, GYN, Ortho, Urology, Vascular

CRNA/MD Model: Medical Direction
-
Support Staff: Anesthesia techs

EMR: EPIC (strongly preferred)

Draeger anesthesia machines

Glidescopes, Alaris IV pumps

Skills Required:

Standard CRNA duties โ no regional or block skills required

Board Certification: Required (CRNA)

Licensure:

Active SC License or Compact License

Willing to license for the right candidate

DEA: Required

Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS preferred

Experience: Minimum 3 years of CRNA experience

Local Rule: Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of Lexington, SC

Must be available consistently every week (no part-time or alternating availability)
