Palm Health Resources is hiring CRNAs for a flexible locum assignment at a reputable critical access hospital along Californias scenic Redwood Coast. This is a unique opportunity to enjoy coastal living while gaining meaningful work experience with a collegial team and well-supported OR staff.
Assignment Highlights:
- Location: Northern California Redwood Coast (Approx. 1.5 hours south of the Oregon border)
- Setting: Inpatient, community hospital with consistent daily volume (710 patients per shift)
- Schedule: MondayFriday | 7:00 AM 3:00 PM
- 8-hour guaranteed shifts
- Flexible options: Weekly, 2-weeks-on/2-weeks-off, or ongoing preferred
- Call Coverage: Optional weekend/weekday call available (2nd call/back-up only, ~20% callback)
- Support: Autonomous CRNA role no supervision required
- Credentialing: 6090 days | Active California license required
Clinical Scope:
- Cases: General Anesthesia, MAC, Spinals, Epidurals, Regional Anesthesia
- Preferred Skills: Central & arterial line placement, regional nerve blocks, OB
- No cardiac, no complex neuro or thoracic
- No pediatric or neonatal responsibilities
