Palm Health Resources is actively recruiting an experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for a 6-month locum tenens assignment in central Pennsylvania. Located in a quiet, community-focused region known for its outdoor recreation, low cost of living, and small-town charm, this is a great opportunity for providers seeking a slower-paced clinical setting while maintaining high earning potential.
This assignment features a MondayThursday schedule, no call, and bread-and-butter cases, making it ideal for CRNAs who want to avoid trauma or OB but still enjoy variety.
🗓 Assignment Details- Start Date: March 2, 2026
- Contract Length: 6 months
- Schedule: MondayThursday, 4x10s (6:45 AM 5:00 PM)
- Call: None
- Observed Holidays: Paid at 1.5x
- Orientation: All hours are billable
- Credentialing Timeline:
- <2 weeks for temporary privileges (clean files)
- 6090 days for full privileges
- Case Types: General, ortho, ENT, ophthalmology, GYN, plastics
- No hearts, heads, OB, or trauma cases
- Daily Census: <20 patients
- Patient Population: Adults only
- EMR: Cerner
- Support Team: On-site anesthesiologist
- Preferred (not required): Experience with spinals and peripheral nerve blocks
- Hourly Rate: Negotiable we pay top of market, OT after 40 hours weekly
- Holiday Pay: 1.5x rate for major holidays
- Travel:
- Airfare, hotel, and rental car covered

- Harrisburg International Airport (MDT) ~1 hr 45 min
- Pittsburgh International Airport (PIT) ~2 hrs 15 min
