Job description Locum CRNA Opportunity in Southeast Wisconsin

Palm Health Locums is currently seeking experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) for an exciting locum opportunity with a leading health system in southeast Wisconsin, serving communities like Kenosha, Burlington, Elkhorn, and Mount Pleasant. This is an excellent chance to join collaborative and supportive teams in well-regarded medical centers, offering flexible schedules and autonomy based on your preferences.

Position Highlights
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Assignment Length: Ongoing (through at least 6/25/2026)
  • Locations: Multiple hospital campuses within ~3040 minutes of Milwaukee
  • Practice Setting: Outpatient (no inpatient required)
  • EMR: Epic
  • Shifts: 810-hour shifts depending on site; multiple options available
  • Call: Varies by location options with no call, weekends, or holidays available
  • Credentialing Timeframe: 90120 days
Compensation
  • Rate: $200$250/hour, based on location, schedule commitment, and experience
  • Travel & Lodging: Covered by Palm Health Locums
  • Malpractice Insurance: Provided (A-rated)
Practice Models
  • Kenosha: Independent CRNA model with wide-ranging cases (ortho, spine, GYN, ENT, GI, general surgery). No call/weekends/holidays. 10-hour shifts. Highly supportive team with excellent work-life balance.
  • Burlington/Lakeland: Independent practice model. 810 hour shifts. Light call (typically one night/week), one holiday/year. Friendly, communicative surgical and nursing staff.
  • Mount Pleasant: Medical direction care team model with opportunities for autonomy. Bread-and-butter cases including general surgery, ortho, urology, vascular. No OB or heavy peds. No call, weekends, or holidays.
Requirements
  • ACLS Certification (DEA required)
  • Comfort with general and regional anesthesia preferred
  • Experience in bread-and-butter cases: ENT, ortho, urology, general, GI
  • Wisconsin license preferred (ask us about license timelines if not yet licensed)
