Required Skills
  • Active RN Licensure with Certification as a CRNA
  • Current DEA registration and BLS, ACLS certifications
  • Proven experience in anesthesia administration across multiple specialties (peds, dental, ortho, OB, urology, podiatry, endo)
  • Strong knowledge of anesthesia protocols, patient monitoring, and safety procedures
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly to varied clinical environments

Nice to Have Skills
  • Regional and blocks anesthesia experience
  • Prior experience working in hospital or surgical center settings
  • Familiarity with Cerner electronic medical record system
  • Additional certifications such as PALS, ATLS, or specific anesthesia certifications

Preferred Education and Experience
  • Graduate-level education with a Master's or Doctorate in Nurse Anesthesia (DNP, DNAP, or similar)
  • Minimum of 2 years of anesthesia practice in a hospital setting
  • Recent experience with diverse patient populations and procedures

Other Requirements
  • Willingness to secure state licensure and credentialing within 60 days
  • Ability to work a consistent Monday-Friday schedule (7:00 am - 3:30 pm)
  • Must be willing to provide coverage for 2 weeks per month (week on/week off)
  • Compensation of $237.90/hour, inclusive of all hours worked and travel expenses
  • This position involves supervising CRNA staff and supporting multiple hospital locations
