Location: Two sister hospitals located just 35 miles apart in Virginia
Start Date: December 2025 / January 2026
(Credentialing: ~100 days, but can be expedited to 75 days with timely paperwork submission)

🏥 Opportunity 1: Level 1 Trauma Center
High-acuity, complex patient population
Flexible shift options: 8, 10, 12, or 16-hour shifts
Medical direction (loosely structured)
Case types include:
Neuro, Ortho, Trauma, General Surgery, GYN, Endoscopy
No Cardiac, OB, or Peds (Pediatric cases handled by anesthesiologists)
EMR: Epic
🏥 Opportunity 2: Level 3 Trauma Center
Lower-acuity, community hospital setting
Shift options: 8–10 hour shifts
No call required
Case types include:
Bread & Butter, Endoscopy, General Surgery, Ortho, GYN
Cesarean sections only (no full OB service)
Healthy Peds only (no sick peds)
EMR: Epic
📋 Job Requirements
Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
Current state license
Must be available for full-time work
Strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and reliability
