Position Details:
Setting: Outpatient surgery centers & hospital ORs (Kenosha, Burlington/Lakeland, Mount Pleasant, WI)
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Ongoing (per diem / block shifts available)
Shifts Available:
 – Kenosha: 10-hr shifts (7a–5p)
 – Burlington/Lakeland: OR 8-hr (7a–3p) or 10-hr (7a–5p); OB 24-hr weekend shifts; limited call
 – Mount Pleasant: 10-hr shifts (7a–5p)
Shift Volume: OR-heavy caseloads, mix of bread-and-butter and advanced cases (robotics in Kenosha)
Shifts Per Provider: One per listed date (some require 2 providers)
Call:
 – Kenosha & Mount Pleasant: No call, no weekends, no holidays
 – Burlington/Lakeland: 1 weekday call/night per week (3p–7a) and 1 holiday/year; OB shifts are 24-hr Sat–Mon
Orientation: Standard on-site orientation; credentialing required

Practice & Facility Information:
Work Environment: Independent practice (Kenosha & Burlington/Lakeland); care-team with autonomy options (Mount Pleasant)
Support Staff: Experienced CRNAs, anesthesiologists, nurses, and surgeons; strong team culture and CRNA-friendly environment
EMR System: Standard hospital/outpatient EMR (varies by site)
Telehealth: Not applicable
Malpractice: Provided
Credentialing: Required (WI CRNA license, DEA, ACLS)

Certifications Required:

  • Active WI CRNA (APRN) license (2–4 weeks if new)

  • DEA

  • ACLS
