✅ Required 2025 Dates:

• November 3–6, 2025

• December 1–4, 2025
  (Mix of 8 and 10-hour shifts)
  
  

🔁 Full-Time Schedule Starting 2026:

• 4x10s model

• Rotating 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off

• No call responsibilities

📝 Requirements:

✅ Board Certified CRNA – REQUIRED
✅ Must be available for Nov 3–6 and Dec 1–4, 2025 – REQUIRED
✅ Willing and able to commit to full-time 2-weeks-on/2-weeks-off in 2026 – REQUIRED
✅ Active Maine license or Compact License – REQUIRED (preferred for 2026 start)
✅ Provide full availability with submission – REQUIRED
