Details:
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 4x10s (7a–5p)
- Length: 6 months with option to extend
- Cases: Neuro, vascular, thoracic, general surgery, urology, GYN, interventional GI, cardiology testing/EP, and regional blocks. No OB epidurals. Healthy pediatrics rare.
- Setting: Level II Trauma hospital with full medical direction.
- EMR: Epic
- Pay Range: $210–$220/hr.
- Expense Allowance: $375 per shift (for non-local providers)
- OT Multiplier: 1.3x
Requirements:
- 2+ years’ experience
- Illinois license (required)
- Epic experience required
- Board Certified CRNA
Credentialing: 90–120 days
