Start Date: October 1, 2025
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (cases may start as early as 6:00 AM; 8-hour daily guarantee)
Setting: Outpatient surgery (orthopedics, joint replacements, spine procedures)
Techniques Required: Spinal, brachial plexus, truncal, lower extremity, interscalene, adductor, popliteal blocks
EMR: Medaxion

- Active Illinois CRNA license (no licensing assistance available)
- NBCRNA Certification
- ACLS (AHA only), BLS, PALS
- Recent case logs showing experience with spinals, epidurals, and blocks
- Comfortable working independently
Compensation:
- Pay Rate: $210–$220/hr. (W-2 or 1099)
- 8-hour daily guarantee
- No call, no weekends
