4 Sister Facilities Looking for CRNA coverage in Wisconsin

• 4 sister facilities are looking for CRNA coverage
• Facilities are independent
• Need one provider to work each of the dates listed, unless it says needs 2, then we need 2 those dates.
• DEA is required and ACLS.

Kenosha (Site 1):

• Wide variety of cases including ortho with pain blocks, spine, gyn, general, ENT, GI and interventional pulmonary. We utilize 2 robots and do robotic bronchoscopy
• Independent practice model along with supportive team of Anesthesiologists and experienced CRNAs.
• 10-hr shifts. No call, no weekends, no holidays!

Site 1 - Open Dates (Kenosha 7am-5pm):

• 11/28 - need 2

Burlington/Lakeland (Site 2 & 3):

• Independent practice model along with supportive team of Anesthesiologists and experienced CRNAs.
• 8-hr shifts for OR. Call 3pm-7am, usually one night/week Mon-Fri, and call for one holiday/year. Post call is high on cascading egress for early out. No weekends!
• 10-hr x 4 shift model for OR also available with no weekends and no call!
• 24-hr shifts for OB. 7am Sat-7am Mon. No weekday requirement, no call!
• Bread-and-butter ENT, GI, Ophthalmology, general surgery, podiatry, gynecology, urology, and orthopedic surgery. Change for regional anesthesia depending on comfort level. No cardiac or neurosurgery.

• Diverse case types (peds, ENT, vascular, general surgery, orthopedic, gynecology, regional opportunities, urology).
• We do a lot of urology, GI, ortho, and general cases. We have a small, but very strong CRNA group and we work well together.
• 10-hr shifts. No call, weekends or holidays. 30 min drive from Milwaukee
