Pediatrics: ENT, General Surgery, Urology, BMT, Oculoplastics

Adult: Orthopedics, GYN/Oncology, Urology, Complex Spine, Ophthalmology, Plastics, ECT

Average Volume: 30–40 cases/day

Cases per Provider: 1–8/day (may include mixed adult/pediatric; pediatric-heavy days possible)

Patient Age Range: 0–99 (NICU <6 months not typically covered by locums)
Job Responsibilities
Certifications: ACLS, PALS, Active CRNA/APRN license
CSR/DEA: As applicable
EMR System: Epic
