SMART is actively recruiting for a locum CRNA to provide coverage for a client of ours Indiana. Coverage is needed asap and ongoing until permanent candidate found.
Qualifications:
- Indiana License requirements
- Life Certs: DEA, ACLS, PALS and BLS
Job Summary:
- Monday - Friday 10-hour shifts (No weds)
- NO CALL
- Dates for Coverage: Sept 8-9, Oct 13-14, Oct 16-17, Oct 23-24, Oct 27, Nov 10, Nov 14, Nov 17, Nov 28, Dec 12, Dec 22-23, Dec 26 and ongoing.
- Type of Cases Required: ENDO, OB, PEDs, URO, ENT, General, GYN, ORTHO
- Additional details: blocks and spinals preferred not required
- EMR: CERNER
