Description
Seeking 1 full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) in Cadillac, MI. This locum role offers $170–$190/hr all-inclusive, covering malpractice. Providers will work independently with no supervision and handle a variety of cases including ortho, general surgery, scopes, dental, and urology. Call rotation includes 1 weekday and 1 weekend per month, with in-house call not required.
Job Responsibilities
Perform regional blocks and OB anesthesia
Manage ventilation, monitor vital signs, and provide perioperative care
Work independently in a hospital-based setting with 5 ORs
Participate in call rotation (weekday 05:30 PM – 07:00 AM; weekend 24-hr)
Document all care in Plexus EMR
Follow hospital protocols for safety, documentation, and patient care
Qualifications
Active Michigan License – Required
Clean Background – Required
ACLS, BLS, PALS – Required
Experienced in regional blocks and OB anesthesia – Required
Participation in MI Medicaid/CHAMPS – Required
COVID vaccination – Required
Working Hours
Weekday call: 05:30 PM – 07:00 AM
Weekend call: 07:00 AM – 07:00 AM (1 weekend/month)
