Seeking 3 full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) in Detroit, MI. This locum role offers $170–$190/hr all-inclusive, covering malpractice and travel if the provider is not local. Providers will work in a high-volume, hospital-based environment handling approximately 60 surgical cases per day, including general surgery, neurosurgery, MRI/endoscopy/IR/EP lab cases, IV regional anesthesia, and spinal anesthesia.
Job Responsibilities
Work Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM (40 hours/week)
Operate in a hospital-based, Level 1 Trauma Center
Administer general, regional, and spinal anesthesia, including neurosurgical cases
Manage ventilation, arterial, and central line placements
Document all care in Epic EMR
Follow the ACT Care-Team supervision model with anesthesiologists present at induction, emergence, and key intervals
Qualifications
Active Michigan License – Required
Clean Background – Required
ACLS & BLS (AHA) – Required
PALS – Required
Minimum 1 year Level 1 trauma experience – Required
Full-time availability, Monday–Friday, 4 x 10-hour shifts
Working Hours
No weekend shifts required (standard schedule)
Skills
Experience managing high-volume ORs in a Level 1 trauma setting
Proficient in arterial and central line placement
Strong teamwork and adaptability in dynamic hospital environments
