Description
Henry Ford Hospital is seeking 1 full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join their team in Novi, MI, with flexibility for Southfield locations. This locum role offers $170–$180/hr all-inclusive and a supportive supervised CRNA model. Providers will participate in a diverse caseload including neuro, endoscopy, and radiology procedures, with limited pediatric cases.
Job Responsibilities
Work standard 8- or 10-hour shifts, with optional 12-, 16-, or 24-hour shifts.
Later shifts (3 p.m. – 11 p.m.) and weekend shifts available.
40-hour guarantee option.
Supervised CRNA model (4:1 ratio); most physicians perform their own blocks and regional anesthesia.
CRNAs responsible for arterial line placements.
Total 36–46 cases/day across two locations; ~15–20 cases per site.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, protocols, and safety standards.
Qualifications
Active Michigan License – Required
Clean Background – Required
ACLS & BLS (AHA) – Required
PALS – Required
Full-time providers highly prioritized
Working Hours
Later shifts and weekends available
Float between Novi and Southfield locations
Skills
Ability to manage multiple ORs and diverse caseloads
Proficiency in arterial line placements
Teamwork and adaptability in dynamic hospital environments
