Permanent Position – Not Accepting Locums or New Graduates
- Setting: 127-bed hospital, Level III trauma, high acuity
- Schedule: Full-time (80 hrs/pay period) or part-time (48 hrs/pay period)
- Shifts: As assigned (details discussed during interview)
- Call: Paid call, shared equitably among team
- Post-call day off
- Weekend call shared
- Experience: Minimum 1 year as a practicing CRNA (no new grads)
- Licensure: Must be eligible for Oregon licensure
- Background: Must provide NPDB self-query; clean malpractice and background required
- Relocation: Must reside locally (or be willing to relocate)
