📍 Location: Phoenix, Arizona
🗓️ Start Date: 9/29/2025
📋 Contract Length: 13 weeks (extensions likely)
⏳ Credentialing Timeframe: 60–90 days
🛏️ Travel/Lodging: Covered
Pay Range – $190-205
🕐 Schedule:
• 4x10s or 3x12s (FT availability required)
• Monday–Friday | 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• No call, no holidays, no overtime
💼 Clinical Details:
• Cases: General, ENT, Ortho, Neuro, Urology, GI, Plastics, Trauma
• Patient Population: Adult-Geriatric only
• Average: 3–5 surgeries/day, 10–12 Endo/day
• 100% medically directed care team model
• EMR: Epic
✅ Requirements:
• Board Certified CRNA
• AZ License Required (must be active)
• BLS & ACLS
• Minimum 1–3 years experience
