Pay Range: $220–$250/hour (contact for details)
HIGHLIGHTS

• No call, no nights, no weekends

SCHEDULE
• Monday–Friday
• 7:00am–3:30pm
• 30-minute lunch break
• No 10s or 12s available
• Full-time preferred; minimum 1 full M–F week/month considered
CASE MIX
• Ortho • Low-acuity pediatrics (no PICU, no NICU)
• Neuro • Plastics • OB • General surgery • ENT • Endoscopy • Total joints
• Urology / cystoscopy • No transplants
• Blocks and cardiac handled by physicians
DEPARTMENT DETAILS
• Hospital + Ambulatory Surgery Center
• Trauma (Level II)
• 140-bed hospital
• 9 surgery rooms
• ~60 cases/day across sites
• Care team model (approx. 3 CRNAs : 1 MD)
• Anesthesia tech support at main hospital
• EMR: AllScripts (Epic transition planned for 2026)
REQUIREMENTS
• NBCRNA
• Illinois license (open to licensing candidates)
• New grads accepted
• Must be open to learning across case mix
• Credentialing: ~6–8 weeks once file is complete
• Licensing candidates: expect ~5–6 month start timeline
