The Package:
• Predictable 4-day schedule with genuine work-life balance.
• $288,000 W-2 compensation plus full benefits.
• 6 weeks PTO + $7,500 CME.
The Scope:
• Shared Friday coverage—only about two per month.
• Wide procedural variety: Surgery, Ortho, Pain, ENT, GYN, Dental, Ophthalmology.
