EMR: Medaxion for anesthesia charting, Meditech for orders and records

Full-time assignment, minimum through end of year
Requirements

Board Certified CRNA

Active Florida license (no exceptions, no IMLC)

Clean background for temps/fast-track privileging
Credentialing

Full credentialing: 60–90 days
