No OB yet (OB call is in-house if introduced) -
Procedures: Spinals, Blocks, Epidurals (must be proficient; caselogs required)

Providers on site: 18 CRNAs + MDs

ORs: 9 | Endo Rooms: 2 | CV Room: 1 | Cath Lab: 1 | IR Room: 1

EMR: Cerner

Support: MDs onsite – little to no direct supervision
Requirements
-
Board Certification: NBCRNA (Board Eligible not accepted)

License: IMLC required; IN RN license needed after 6 months for full privileges

DEA & IN CSR required

Certifications: ACLS, BLS (AHA)

Preferred: TEE/Heart experience
Credentialing
