Contract: Ongoing
Schedule: M–F, 8–10 hr shifts (no call, no weekends) – 40 hrs/week
Start: ASAP
Flexibility: Prefers full-time, may consider 2+ weeks/month (1 week/month only with ID license in hand)
Practice Details:

Practice Details:
- Setting: Two hospitals (43 beds & 88 beds)
- Model: Independent work
- Cases: Bread & butter (ENT, urology, ortho, general) – no open heart, lungs, vascular, or transplants
- Procedures: Occasional art lines; central lines & nerve blocks done by full-time staff
- EMR: Cerner
- NBCRNA Certified
- DEA & CSR required
- 1 year+ experience (no new grads)
- Open to licensing
- Overtime after 45 hrs/week (pre-approved)
- Orientation: 4 hrs on Day 1; provider can start same or next day
- Travel reimbursable
