Schedule

• Standard: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

• Call Hours: 3:00 PM – 7:00 AM

• Call Frequency: Every other night and every other weekend

• Call Response: 20 minutes

• Specific Coverage Dates Needed:

  • Sept 9–12

  • Sept 27–29

  • Oct 25–27

  • Nov 10

  • Dec 22 – Jan 4

Practice Details

• Facility Type: Critical Access

• Model: Independent CRNA practice (no supervision)

• Providers on Site: 2 during the day

• Case Types: Ortho, Gynecology, OB (fewer than 200 deliveries/year), Dental, Podiatry

• Procedures: Must be proficient with spinals, blocks, epidurals

• Endo Rooms: 0

• EMR: Cerner

Requirements

• Board Certification: Required

• Licensure: Active New Mexico license required (DEA + CSR)

• Case logs: Required

• Credentialing: 30–60 days

  • Temporary privileges available with clear background/malpractice history and active unrestricted license
