We’re working with a large, well-established healthcare system in Massachusetts seeking experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) for locum tenens coverage. Join a collaborative anesthesia care team providing high-acuity surgical services across multiple facility types. Clean-background candidates without a MA license are welcome—licensing assistance provided!
Job Responsibilities
🏥 Work across various clinical environments including inpatient hospitals and ambulatory centers 🚑
🧠🫀🦴 Manage a broad case mix including trauma, neuro, ENT, transplant, cardiac, orthopedics, OB, and general surgery
🖥️ Maintain accurate and timely documentation using EPIC EMR 📋
🔄 Participate in safe hand-offs and adhere to hospital policies and protocols
Qualifications
- BLS and ACLS (current)
- MA license preferred – but open to licensing!
- Clean background (required for expedited credentialing)
- Recent hospital-based experience with diverse case mix preferred
- Two professional references required for presentation
Working Hours
- Multiple shift options available: 12, 16, 18, or 24-hour shifts
- Flexible start and stop times – coverage needed 24/7
- Ongoing/long-term locum need with open end date
Skills
- Comfort with both inpatient and outpatient settings
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- EPIC EMR experience (preferred but not required)
- Ability to adapt across different campus sites within a unified health system
