Client in Michigan is in need of Locum coverage for a CRNA
Job Responsibilities
• EMR: Epic
• Will CRNA be supervised or work independently? Medical direction care team model
• Average number of surgical cases per day: 80-100
• Trauma level 2
• 3 minor procedure rooms
• 6 endo suites
• 20 ORs
• All ages: healthy peds, mix of all demographics. Must be comfortable with peds
• Cases include Ortho, GI, Vascular, GYN, Neuro, ortho trauma, acute trauma, ENT, healthy peds and robotics.
• Large variety of general and complex cases.
• Credentialing timeframe: 60 days from time of application being submitted

Qualifications
• Active MI license or Compact License - Required (Not accepting candidates that still need to obtain license)
• BLS - Required
• COVID Vaccine - Required, note at time of name clear
• COVID Vaccine - Required, note at time of name clear9
• Local/Drive-In Candidates - Required (not accepting candidates that require flights)
Working Hours
• 8 or 10 hour shifts. 7a-330p, or 530p(M-F)
• 30 minute unpaid lunch included in shift
• Schedule: Minimal/sporadic coverage needed from now - Nov 2025, but will have more dates available starting Dec 2025 - ongoing due to maternity leaves. We have 6 maternity leaves and one 6 week LOA for surgery. Facility is needing 2-3 CRNAs to provide full time coverage starting Dec 2025 - March 2026.
