• Shift Schedule: 36-40 hrs/week; 10/12-hr shifts
- At least 3 months; Usually 7a-530p or 7a-730p
- Others: 9a-730p/9a-930p/11a-1130p
• Ave. No. of Surgical Cases: 100 per day
• Annual ER Volume: 60,000+ visits/year
• Patient Demographics: Whole lifespan of patients
- However, a dedicated ped CRNA specialty team covers all peds cases.
• Support Staff: OR Staff
• Duties: CRNA be supervised or work independently.
• Required Procedures:
- General Surgical Cases ADULT
- Spinal Anesthesia, Neurosurgical Cases
- Ventilation Mgmt, Local Infiltration
• No. of ORs: 50
• Trauma Level: I
• EMR: Epic
• Other Info:
- Will NOT do: open hearts, regional anesthesia, central lines; Dedicated CRNA teams covers ped, thoracic & OB cases, so locums will generally not do those cases.
- Lunch is generally considered unpaid; hence the 30-min add-on times for sched.
• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered
Requirements:
• ME License/willing to obtain
• BC
• BLS, ACLS
• More than 1 yr of Level I trauma center experience
