- Hospital Size: 804 beds, 48 ORs
- Current Staff: 20 CRNAs
- Procedures: General, ambulatory, gynecology, ENT, ortho, neuro
- No: Thoracic, cardiac, peds, or OB
- Practice Setting: Hospital
- State License: Active MA license required
- Credentialing Timeframe: ~90 days
