Job Summary:
HCA Healthcare Anesthesia Services is seeking an experienced CRNA who wants to be a part of a collegial and supportive team that respects work/life balance to join HCA Florida Pasadena Hospital in St. Petersburg, Florida. As of August 1, 2025, HCA Florida Pasadena Hospital is now part of HCA Florida St. Petersburg Hospital. The Pasadena program is focusing on providing the highest quality outpatient procedures with limited inpatient hospital stays. Team members are cross-credentialed at SPG and will be providing anesthesia care based on coverage needs.Highlights of Opportunity/Qualified Candidates:
- Care Team Model of 2 Anesthesiologists and 5 CRNAs covering 4-5 sites of service.
- Case mix: Bread & Butter, General, Ortho, Spine, GI.
- No hearts. No heads. No peds. No OB.
- Schedule is 4, 10s, weekdays only. Team members are cross-credentialed at SPG. Additional stipend for floating.
- No call. No nights. No weekends.
- W2, salaried opportunity with competitive compensation.
- $75K Start Date Bonus offered and relocation assistance available.
- Time Away from Practice starting at 8 weeks and frontloaded with no waiting period.
- Premium pay calculated on a daily basis if provider works past their scheduled shift. Premium rate also paid if Clinician opts to pick up extra shift(s).
