Start Date: Late October / Early November 2025
Shift Schedule: 3x12s, 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Contract Length: 13 weeks with strong likelihood to extend
Pay Rate: $210–$220/hr.

Key Details:
3x12 schedule is standard; occasional 4th shift may be offered (not guaranteed)
Must commit to a minimum of 3 weeks per month, preference for 4
All CRNAs are supervised—never independent
Strong Epic EMR experience (2+ years) is required; no EMR training provided
Requirements:
NBCRNA Certification
Illinois License (or willingness to apply immediately upon offer)
BLS Certification
DEA and IL CSR
Minimum 2 years of CRNA experience
Experience with MAC and General Anesthesia
Pediatric and Neuro experience is a plus
